This unit is designed to condition raw natural gas for use as fuel in internal combustion engines for power generation and gas compression prime movers. The system includes catalytic pre-heaters, pressure reducing valves, filter separators, flow meters and instrumentation. Design flow rate is 0.7 MMCFD at 1,000 PSI inlet pressure and 150 PSI outlet pressure. Hydrate formation is prevented by heating prior to pressure reduction, and condensed liquids are automatically drained from the filter separators.
