PETREX is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of Petro-Pile, Inc., a provider of engineered wastewater disposal equipment for the offshore oil and gas industry. The Petro-Pile^® disposal caisson is the most effective device available today for collection, treatment, and discharge of waste water from offshore platforms. Over thirty years of operating experience and design improvements have culminated in the patented Petro-Pile^® design, available exclusively from PETREX.

PETREX is a distributor of the Filtrex regenerative diatomaceous earth filter. This unique filter, which extends the service life of the diatomaceous earth filter media by eight to ten times over conventional units, has been field proven in large commercial applications for years. Now the same proven Filtrex technology and quality are available for oilfield and industrial applications. Filtrex filters remove particles down to one micron in diameter and they require no back washing. Thanks to the large hydraulic surface area inherent in the design, Filtrex filters are much smaller and lighter than most competitive filters.
